HOA Board Meeting Minutes 
June 18, 2024 
 
The outgoing board members, President, Hugh Oswald, Vice President, Becky Cargill, and Secretary/Treasurer, Carla Miller, met Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 6:40p.m. to consider the volunteers and appoint them to the new board.   
Hugh made a motion to call the meeting to order and Carla Miller, 2nd the motion.  Carla read the list of volunteers and positions they were wanting to fill.  They were approved and Becky Cargill 2nd the motion to appoint the following: 
 
Chris Putman, President
 Betsy Glad, Vice President
Susan Owen, Sec/Treasurer
 
Their term of service begins June 19, 2024, and we appreciate them for volunteering to serve in this new capacity and be accountable with PMI Green Country for the year ending May 31, 2025. 
Hugh made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Becky 2nd the motion.
